Go and get in the hottest bath you can stand. It won’t cure anything but it will make you stop shivering and make you feel better.

Fight through it. Obviously you should’ve gone to the doctor when it started.... but now that it’s a holiday, you can bet an ER run will cost more than most people’s house.

You need some Ibuprofen of some sort...Advil, Motrin, Equate... Whatever...
Eat something, and take 600 mg of it every 6 hours. You can go up to 800 mg, but it will probably tear up your stomach.
