It's a complete pipe dream. Do you honestly think Step One (removing children at birth from their mothers) of this process could ever be enacted?

If you're willing to believe that we can kidnap babies from their mothers, I'm willing to believe that tax dollars could be found and allocated to build the required infrastructure and adequately pay early childhood development professionals, nurses, and psychiatrists to develop and implement a reasonable plan of operation. Things are going to be different when I'm running this planet.

I realize that, and that's why I wrote "They aren't doing it because their teen boyfriend is all that good in the sack, they just want to get pregnant."

A girl who wants to get pregnant will find a guy who isn't snipped and turn down one who is. And there are plenty of guys out there who will understand this and not want the operation.

And they can't say it is racist because more white people are on government assistance.

It will still be painted as a subtle genocide.

For the hardcase characters, we'll just have to get creative. Maybe we rig a neighborhood sweepstakes and they win a widescreen and a recliner. The recliner has a lump of cobalt (or other sterilizing substance) in the seat cushion and the lucky winner is soon shooting blanks in the bedroom.

What about deleterious side effects? What if others sit in the radioactive chair? Collateral damage and statistically insignificant, I say. We don't live in a perfect world.

I said a long time ago that government should be in every ghetto in the country offering to pay $500 for vasectomys and tubes being tied should be mandatory to get welfare after the 2nd child.

Let me be perfectly crystal clear: I do not know of any past or current government entity that could provide the services I proposed. I was making light of a societal quagmire ... Poorly educated single mothers living in poverty raising children who most likely will become poorly educated single mothers themselves in 15 or 20 years and continue to live in poverty.

This is the exact opposite of what will happen. Low income people will still have children but now no means to support them. Poverty would get worse. Much worse.
