Hoo Shoo Too/Elliot Area

Wife said she thought she heard gun shots and cop cars are everywhere around the Hoo Shoo Too/ Elliot area. I'm not home. Does anyone know whats going on?
Update: Someone just told me that the cops are having a shoot out with a guy at this house, but they didn't know the location.

I live off of S Vignes. I was working outside all day. I definitely heard what sounded like gunshots around that timeframe, followed by sirens shortly after. I shrugged it off as someone shooting in their backyard, as I hear that every now and then further down S Vignes. It didn't sound like fireworks to me.

My buddy who’s a sheriffs deputy said there’s no shootout. It was only fireworks
