The cop was very overly defensive. I wouldn't be shocked if I found out he was talking with his mistress at the time.

I think I've honked my horn 3 times in 10 years of driving. Twice at people who didn't notice a light change and once when I almost got merged into.

Reminded me of the woman VP of the bank I worked for. Her husband was a high up in the Memphis PD till she caught him with a literal street whore in a section 8 apartment around corner from bank. She tore him a new one in and out of court, he ended up shift commander instead of like asst. chief too.

I give a little beep to people when they sit at green lights. Just a little reminder to get their attention back out of la la land. I almost never lay on it. I did a little more a little while back when this guy tried to change lanes into me when I was on my way to work.
The motorcycle guy did a little more than I typically would do, but it wasn't unreasonable for some guy who was just sitting in the middle of traffic.
I see some jackasses that lay on their horn for anyone who dares to inconvenience them for even a milisecond. Like people who have the nerve to slow down to make a turn. frick those people. I imagine they are miserable people who go through life pissed off.

I thought it was weird too at first, but he was just singing along to his music. A lot of people would look pretty stupid if you took a video of them driving.
