Same here, however, if I see one that says "hey, basically I'm just fricking lazy" I might give a dollar in pennies so he does have to least count 'em to see how much he got.

Maybe if the boob girl would come back to the same spot after the boob job so the donors could see what they spent their money on.

I don't even feel bad about ignoring these people. Especially after all the reports of people making $50k+/year off this and doing it as a profession. And all it does is encourage more panhandling.

I laughed the first time I saw him, then realized that's all he's got going for him. I also saw him inside the Popeye's on the corner on his cell phone during what I assumed was his "lunch break".
