Horrible music, 24/7. Make sure that your neighbors don't mind, but I'm sure they feel the same way as you.

Put up some No Trespassing signs. The cops aren’t going to check to verify with the owner - they’ll just kick the bums out.

Are there any all-you-can-eat buffets nearby? Spend a few bucks on a gift card and write $100 on it in Sharpie. “Lose” it where the winos will find it. 100% chance they’ll get in legal trouble if a group of them shows up at a restaurant and 5 of them try to dine on a card with $5 on it.

Make a couple of flyers for a fake event at a nearby government office or maybe post office. Call it something like “Community Appreciation Day” and say there will be free BBQ and beer.

Instead of playing classical music over speakers, play Richard Condon’s show (if he’s still on the air).

I called the cops earlier this week and they said they would roll a car. I’m pretty sure the car never showed up because they are still there.

The cops can't kick people off of private property unless the owner requests. You need to get the property owner involved.

3 options. Go in order and see if any of these have some results…

1. Run several garden hoses down by the fenceline and just run the water all night long. Flood them out.

2. Put ‘Hammer Smashed Face’ by Cannibal Corpse on the biggest speakers you can find, and play it on repeat.

Finally if none of those work:

3. Head down to Scottlandville or Brookstown and hire 40-50 dudes to get rid of them, no questions asked. Make sure to keep ahold of their cell numbers just in case the bums come back.

Man that sucks. That’s a good area I lived there for years. I’m not sure what you can do. I know I would do whatever is possible and within the law. If it got bad……. I would do what ever it took to get them out. No telling who those wackos are . Thief’s, rapist , murders and drug addicts for sure.
Sorry I don’t have any other info.Trespassing maybe? Contact the property owner?

From an older thread about homeless.

It was syrup I think, pour it all around their site and the ants will be relentless.

Honestly I believe that land is all owned by some company in Colorado who doesn’t give a frick. Also recently the city bought some of it because there’s a sign promoting some school that will probably never be built. But yeah. Siegen is ground zero of the whitey opioid epidemic because of those shite hotels on Rieger Rd that somehow exist in perpetuity.

I don’t know what to tell you OP. Talk to your neighbors. If you live where I think you do, this has been a humongous problem for literally years over there.

”Panama” by Van Halen and “Enter Sandman” by Metallica have both been famously used by our military to break folks’ wills.

I do know it is private land and know who owns it

I'd call them before calling the police because you already know the police are not going to do anything. Short staffed + incompetent leaders so its a waste of time to call them.

You are in a neighborhood so this might not be an option, but if there is away you can shoot your gun without them seeing you, but where they will hear you and is enough to scare them when you do shot, there is a small chance they will move somewhere else? In a more rural area you can get away with this, but I am sure you will have neighbors who will get all worked up about it.

Make them some kool aid and give them that Jonestown special.. Im joking about this of course, but it does make you wonder if that would really work, but start with the land owner.

I used to work for local government in a department where all the lots and land that had become abandoned, we had to go to the clerk of court and research the owners (a lot of those areas were places in which the owners died and the closest relatives lived out of state. Most had no idea they legally owned it, no one paid taxes on it, etc). I want to say there were one or two situations in which the people living on side of these abandoned properties took legal action.

In one case a person was given the option to take over the property if they agreed to pay the taxes, but contact the land owners, see how that goes then if they don't do anything consult with a lawyer. Im pretty sure you can legally force them to do something, if you are willing to spend the money and put in the time to do so.

If where I think I am can see in the satellite map where camp was and if they are building hopefully that company will run them off. Can’t rent apartments with camp next to it so if your lucky when the homeless start stealing from construction site it will be taken care of.

There's no way I would have moved in near homeless camps in the first place.
This all sounds like a nightmare
