Why not everyone start leaving 1 star reviews for the good doctor's business on google. With reviews that state her willingness to put others in bad situations (not what psychiatrists are supposed to do). Not sure, maybe the OP can post pics with his review.
Maybe I’m wrong but I’ve read nothing that states that the doctor has been made aware of the issue, is ignoring a request to do something about it, etc. For all we know she’s been battling with law enforcement to have them removed. Or heck here is an idea, maybe she isn’t aware there’s an issue at all. You think she drives around all the time and looks at something that’s obviously purely an investment?
It really wouldn’t be that hard to call her office up, state you wish to talk to her about a private matter concerning a property she owns, and then calmly explain the situation instead of being an anonymous internet bad-arse (read pussy) and start leaving bullshite bogus reviews that will harm her business and maybe expose you to a libel / defamation lawsuit.

You obviously know the doctor…how about you let her know what’s going on.

Once OP gets rid of all the homeless people all he needs to do next is get them to tear down those motels and he'll have a decent spot.

Yes, every time I have contacted her office she had responded very well.

That would be cruel. Not even pit bulls deserve that.

I have no clue who the doctor is, but there really are some in this thread who might need some psychiatric help from her judging by the suggestions of arson, siccing dogs on them, etc. You really don’t think the correct way to handle this situation is to be a man and try to contact someone first rather than run to an internet message board to whine?

We love the spot. It’s quiet and our normal neighbors are great. Same neighborhood my wife grew up in and really close to our work places. We have .5 acre and a covered back patio that I cannot wait to enjoy this spring/summer boiling some crawfish and watching some LSU baseball.
If we can just solve the encampment problem we should be able to enjoy our backyard as intended. I am confident it will be resolved sooner than later.

Looks like this is the homeless camp that was in front of the Academy Sports on Siegen at one time.
THe businesses complained enough to where the city harassed them enough to relocate. I know they didn't go far because I still see them panhandling on the intersection by the interstate.

Build an 8 foot fence to hide the camp. Put the house on the market and sell it. Move away from the Greater Baton Rouge area. It isn't going to get better. My wife and I recently sold our business in Ascension Parish. Bought land in Brookhaven Mississippi. Soon to sell our house in Geismar. Moving from a gated neighborhood to our rural homestead. Recently there was a shoot out at a store a mile from our home here. Crime is on the rise in the Greater Baton Rouge area. We are getting out while the getting is good. My family came to Louisiana in the 1750's so my roots run deep here. I will be thrilled to see Louisiana in my rear view mirror. It's becoming California.

I'm no Realtor, but I long ago came to the realization that you should swim a river of sh!t to never buy houses on the neighborhood perimeter(even if gated/high end areas)..
You just can never guarantee what becomes of the land adjacent/over the fence.

Are you sure that isn’t Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys? All those carts might be his.

That is great! Hopefully something gets done about it and OP can enjoy his patio this summer.
