Homeless man rides manatee while smack talking cops

The Florida Keys Keynoter said that witnesses called the police when they saw James Roy Massengale Jr., 47, touching two adult manatees and two calves swimming in a creek at a park called Library Beach. One of the witnesses told him molesting manatees was illegal.
“I’m riding it!” he retorted.

Pretty impressive they let him get that close. The wild manatees i have seen while snorkeling/diving didn't hang around long and damn sure wouldn't let you get close enough to touch them. Those frickers are huge by the way.
