Did he really? I don't remember that and I followed the trial pretty closely, at least through what the news reported on. They could have easily left that part out though. That's despicable.

yea it was in the babbling DEFENSE ARGUMENT during the trial. He said it like "who knows maybe she had him over and was intimate with him prior to being murdered" just grasping at straws to create doubt.

She was a liberal but didn't date black dudes.

That is complete stupidity to keep that amount of cash on hand

I am sure it is much more common than you think

All you have to do is watch TV. The doomsday crowd is probably bigger than ever now or at least more visible and I know a lot of them. I guarantee they have large sums of cash as well as large sums of weapons, ammunition, food, water and shelter.

You are right. It is much more common and in the grand scheme of things for a large amount of people 200k isn't an incredibly large amount.

I thinK he edited. At the time, I think it said "I was in the babbling' but I very well may have just read it wrong.

I wonder if the maintenance guy knew there was that much money in the safe, or if he just knew there was a safe there which would obviously contain valuables. If so, he was probably shocked to find that large a sum of money.

I know someone that deals in collectable cars, he always has several hundred thousand in cash on hand, many sellers want cash only, if you have to take time to go to a bank someone else will get the car.

I could use it as a distraction if being chased by a crowd, convince a bad person to kill you instead of me, buy a vehicle to escape.

Just b/c it's Doomsday, people won't stop hoping for tomorrow.

I'm not a "doomsday" type person myself, but my guess is, if the shite starts to hit the fan, it will likely take a while before everyone truly realizes the seriousness of what may be happening, such that hard cash will still have some cache, so to speak, for some time -- at least for enough time to get some shite done that those without it may not be able to do.

I'm surprised they haven't caught the accomplice yet. I guess Eduardo isn't giving him up.

His or her body is probably somewhere, without the benefit of OnStar to help find it.
