Assuming the story to be true, it sounds like these were generous nice folks whose generosity and trusting nature got the best of them though it should not happen that way. These kinds of stories make me nuts. You help someone out and they do something to you in return. In this case, if true, they did the worst they could do. Unreal. Just take the money and run for crying out loud.

I agree it always pisses me off that it is the kind and most giving people that always gets the short end of the stick.

If he is actually an illegal, than this story may very well go national and become a political issue. Of course, Obama won't speak about it though.

That was my point. I don't want this to be some national story for the family's sake. Hell, The OT and local news is more than enough attention to be intrusive.
And isn't it harder to execute an illegal immigrant? Want whoever's involved to get Cap Punishment.

They deserve what they get if this all turns out to be accurate, but our government would do the exact same for an American citizen facing execution, regardless of their crime.

The guy is from Cuba and did work for them on the property for a while. They barely caught the bastard as he was about the leave the country out of Miami and head back to Cuba. Lucky they caught the S.O.B.
