Went to HD today to get some stuff and 99% of the employees are female. They just stand around and gossip the whole time not actually doing any work. The single male employee I saw was extremely effeminate. This is in California so it doesn’t surprise me, but I thought that was mostly at Lowe’s but now HD is infected.

HD is a top 10 place women have no business being or being employed at.

I’m waiting for the Arkansas fan from the money talk board to come in here and say how this is sexist and they deserve $25/hr minimum wage.

Like none of the Home Depots and Lowes are like that in Texas. You just live in a shitty place.

The HD in our town has a cross dresser employee. He knows a lot about where the 2X4s are.

In the age of YouTube and Google, anyone who needs a home Depot employee to teach them how to do something is just old.

It’s funny, when HD was the only game in town, you had to chase employees down to help you. Then you got in line to checkout, there was one or two cashiers with lines 12 deep. Lowe’s comes to town and every register is open, and the staff is chasing you down. That lasted all of two weeks. Since then it’s back to same ole, same ole.

Just curious... what was it you needed help with or couldn't find on your own at HD?

Consider this, if you were a real baw you would know what you need, how to use it and where to find it. You wouldn't need another man to hold your hand. The only employee you would notice is the one that takes your money.

I didn’t need help with anything. Those were simply observations.

I decided long ago that if I needed any level of service at all, the warehouse stores are not the place to go. They are built on serving yourself and saving the cash that results. If I need advice or help, I go to a locally-owned hardware or garden store.
