If this is Sarah Hyland from Modern Family, she’s had kidney dysplasia and a couple kidney transplants, and endometriosis and a hernia. Multiple surgeries for those things, and weight loss at least from a rejected kidney.

Her appearance from the first season to the second was jarring. She totally ruined herself and made herself look so much older with that shite. I hope she (and other women) realize this and aren't in denial
