have a buddy that rented a house to 12 hispanics that worked on a golf course, they would each give him a $100 bill when rent was due. Said the front yard was immaculate and always kept up, then he got a call from a neighbor complaining about chickens in the back yard. Went to check and they had the back windows covered and didn't want him to look, when he went in the back yard there wasn't a blade of grass left. He just told them to get rid of chickens and get some grass to fix the yard.

I have a family of Hispanics that moved in next to me. They fulfill the stereotype so much so that if I was writing a TV show and cast them as the Mexican neighbors I would be called racist.
The man will occasionally, run outside his home screaming GOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!!!
And they play the old style Mexican Music when working outside. And when one of their kids has a birthday they get inflatable water slides for their family on Saturday and the neighborhood on Sunday.
I like them so much better than the old boomer lady who had the house before them.
I won’t tell dad this, but I’ve lived a while and his kids will grow up to be American football fans and find soccer boring.
I gave his son some old youth footballs my son outgrew.
The man will occasionally, run outside his home screaming GOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!!!

I thought this pic encompassed the whole point of the thread. Family oriented neighborhood. Throwing the football on a Sunday afternoon, people walking their dogs. And this looming character we know absolutely nothing about.
After yesterday, we still do not know her name or any thing else other than "It's nice to meet you." After we introduced ourselves again.
My son said he saw a man there and asked what tear drop tattoos mean. I think he's messing with me.
