Friend of a friend of a friend swears by his. He claims it got rid of all of his sinus trouble.

Your friend is wrong.

If the salt did anything then no one living on the coast would ever have sinus issues.

That aside, the amount of salt rock you'd need to put in your house to have any measurable impact on the air quality would be enough to cave in the floor.

It's the only thing I use for salt. I don't know if it has any benefits but it just tastes better than regular old nasty arse iodized salt

We put a few out at the hunting club for the deer. I think their sinus issues have cleared up.

I have about 7 of these. Different shapes and sizes. Reminds me of the stones from Indiana Jones and the Temple of doom.

Do I think they do, anything? No. Healing crystals are all state of mind stuff.

But they look cool as shite.

Not if you increase the surface area by crushing the salt into lots of small crystals...like in a salt shaker.
