Experienced sub zero one time ever at night. My dumbass didn't dress remotely appropriate for it. Legit thought my blood was turning to ice.

I was in -10 in Colorado springs a few weeks ago.

It was pretty Damn cold but not ad bad as I expected.

For reference, I've only lived in Louisiana and Texas and my previous coldest temp was probably somewhere in the high teens/low 20s in the south.

That dry cold didn't feel "as bad" but it fricked my skin/lips up

Coldest for me was -20 in Elko Nevada and hottest was 122 last year in UAE. I'd much prefer the negative 20.

-40 on a mountaintop in Korea. I don't remember if that was wind chill or actual but probably wind chill. I do remember us standing around and spitting and watching it freeze before it hit the ground. Incidentally, that's how I spent my 21st birthday.

Hottest was 130 in the Udairi desert in Kuwait. Worst part is it's not a dry heat. Kuwait is actually really muggy near the Persian Gulf.

I forget the exact temperature but when I lived in Minnesota in 2010-2012 it was less than -20.

It sucked

God ain't this the truth.

Bought a snow/ski jacket and pants. Worth twice what I paid even if I never use them again.

It's the same in UAE. You wouldn't expect humidity in the desert but it's there and fricking miserable.

Cold Lake Weapons range in Alberta, -18 iirc, not sure on the WC value. I do remember it was a couple days before we got above 0. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Snowmobiling in northern New Hampshire and it was -35 before wind-chill. Literally pissed in a latrine and it froze before it hit the ground.
