Some of these places were already open except that you couldn’t stack your plate to the heavens. Someone had to fix your plate.
One Chinese place in Houma actually has been open and it was serve at your own risk. You could use gloves if you wanted much like some of the buffets in Mississippi.
It will be interesting to see if the casinos start dropping mask requirements. If you think about it, their target demographic should be the most vaccinated, but it is a group they are most willing to protect.
