Hidden bachelor pads of Downtown Baton Rouge

Here’s one pretty sweet little rooftop pad on 3rd street that most people probably don’t know exists. I wonder how many hidden gems like this they have downtown. Anyone know somebody living that wonderful bachelor life with a place like this in downtown BR?

There's a lot of nice condos and apartments downtown these days which sell or rent for exorbitant prices. The only problem with them is when you walk outside, you're in Baton Rouge.

There is a pretty good looking girl that lives in it currently. It has a nice terrace/ deck as well. There are a number of them down town, some on top of offices some on ground floors etc

Excited to see what Wampold does with the chase south tower he acquired last year. I heard the top floor will he made into luxury housing.

I'd love an apartment down there, but the rents are outrageous. For the price of a 1 BR down there, I could get a 1 BR on the beach in San Diego, CA.
