I think the complaint is that relative to BR’s population, our traffic is miserable.

People should live closer to their jobs. There is no excuse why this many people need to be commuting that far to work to cause this crap.

Those cities have tens of millions of people in their metro areas. BR has like half a million. There is no reason why such a small city should have such terrible traffic other than deplorable engineering and political gamesmanship.
