Regardless of when this picture was taken there are current pictures of JBE at a cocktail party put on by Lobbyist that show he was clearly not wearing a mask. It is not a stretch to believe he only wears a mask when he goes in to is Nanny authoritarian mode.

Went to a wedding at Baton Rouge Country Club two weeks ago. Can confirm the trees are still mostly green. Also that's clearly the first tee behind him because it's under construction at the moment (at least as of two Saturday's ago).
