Here is a nerd response: the time machine goes back in time at the exact location it’s in. So in order to crash through the nativity, you have to ship the car overseas, find the exact nativity location, and go back in time there. Seems improbable unless you go in the future and get technology that helps you drive over the water (you can fly now as Doc proved that) and you’d have to go in the past to find the location and then jump to that exact time.

Location is know. It’s a first class historical site in Israel. Has been known and marked throughout all of the battles and “ownership” changes of the area. Even the Muslims marked the spot when they controlled Bethlehem.

If we're being pedantic a flying car isn't going to have a place to get up to 88 mph near the Church of the Nativity. Not even airspace with all the security.

If it’s on the internet it’s 100% true.

Yes the church over the site is one of the very few, if not the only one protected by Islam as well as Christianity.

It has been marked since the second century by a church (church of the nativity) and was St. Helena church before a fire. There is still a fair amount of St. Helena remaining.

Early on, in the 600s I think, there was a Persian leader who declared the site holy to Persians due the mosaic tile depiction of the Magi - he thought the site must have Persian foundings.

That protection has allowed the site to remain relatively unscathed even during the crusades as all sides looked at it as a holy site.

As the inscription says “Hic de Virgine Maria Jesus Christus natus es”.

If you really want to get nerdy about it ... if the time machine appears “where” it originated, then how does it not appear thousands/millions/billions of miles away from earth in space? It either has to adjust for the movement of the earth through space which means it can appear where it wants to, or it can’t which means it should always be in the wrong place in space - since that doesn’t happen I’m forced to conclude that it can travel to any location that it wishes when it travels through time.

In the cartoon the machine was able to travel space and time.
So this is plausible
