Try mars then because that is how it works on Earth. Darwin is undefeated.

Actually, that’s exactly how it should work. You have people coming from landlocked states wanting to enjoy the water and not understanding the power of the ocean and riptides and what to do. And this is where local services should step up. I’m sorry but I don’t want to live in a world where everything “is on you”.

That’s right, just have daddy government save you from yourself.

You are exactly part of the problem we are seeing in this country with people not wanting to take responsibility for their own actions and wanting more rules and laws and enforcement. frick off.

Didn't most or all of these beaches have double red flags up meaning the beach is closed? What the hell is wrong with people?

My dad once said “son most people are stupid. Your average person is stupid, and that means half the people are dumber than the average ones”

Had friends staying from Gulf Shores to PCB the last two weeks, and not only are there double red flags, out everywhere, but cops and beach patrol telling people to get out of the water constantly. Problem is people are stupid.

They didn’t max out the credit card for the annual 30A trip so Jaden and Braelynn couldn’t swim in the ocean baw

Between DI and PCB or the emerald coast or northern gulf we have had 7 drowning deaths in last 7 days and almost 1,000 over last 20 years, almost all due to rip tides

Don’t get out in water where you can’t stand up, and that’s for the clear water in Florida. Let’s not pretend people don’t drown in what used to be gravel pit’s, that are now swimming holes in Louisiana.

That’s true to an extent. But if you are repeatedly warned and still do it, at some point it’s on you.

Jus because people from landlocked states WANT to get it the water doesn’t mean that they SHOULD.

Sometimes we don’t get what we want.

Just hate seeing these people who show up down here from Kentucky or wherever in the water knowing it could turn deadly for a family in an instant.

That’s life man. A drive around the block can turn deadly in an instant.

Take all reasonable precautions and LISTEN TO THE EXPERTS WHEN THEY SAY CONDITIONS ARE NOT SAFE.

Not sure why people voluntarily spend a couple grand to sit in the sun for a week during the hottest months of the year to begin with

If you can't swim stay the frick out of the water. If can't read rip warning notice, or can't understand the warning flags, stay the frick out of the water.

Phoenix X has yellow flags flying since we’ve been here Saturday. Water is great so far.

I’d hope that they’d have put up double red if it was warranted.
