I am experiencing my first one, feels like the size of a small grape right inside my anus. Doesn't hurt just has pressure, at what point do i go to the Dr., which is something i'd rather die than do.

If you're in Baton Rouge, go see Dr. Benton Oubre. He is a great doctor and has small hands.

It doesn't hurt? Then don't worry about it dude. Even if it hurt it wouldn't be something I'd go to the doctor for. It would have to be debilitating, like you have to lay prone for hours debilitating. That or profuse bleeding

Sit in a warm bath, take some Advil and use Preparation H. If it doesn't shrink in a week, go see a doctor and let him lance it out.
