I'll go along with the premise, despite the fact that it reads less like a true account and more like an effort at trolling.
IF....any of what you said is true: your "friend" doesn't need your help coming out of the closet. Coming out is a life-altering event that doesn't happen until that person is completely comfortable with the consequences.
Your only task as a friend is to be supportive of decision "when" it happens and not be a complete douchebag in the interim.
So... if you assume your "friend" is gay. Maybe stop trying to force him into uncomfortable situations like strip clubs and gay bars.
When the time is right, he'll either confirm your suspicions or shut them down.
