It could be CBD, any of the deltas or fakes. I did a quick search and you can buy them for $25. It's probably a fake and potentially harmful to his health. Throw that shite out and show him videos on YouTube of kids needing lung transplants.

I don’t drink and my wife drinks maybe once every three months. We’re pretty rare in this day and age in that regard.

2018 farm bill federally legalized hemp derived THC products. It's identical to thc that comes from weed but legal across all 50 states. Most people don't know this.
