If youre a graffiti artist why not work with property owners, especially ones with dilapidated properties who are getting hammered by their local jurisdictions, to commission murals and such. Happens all over the world. It allows you to get your artwork seen, adds interest to or beautifys the property and is legal.
I imagine that route doesnt satisfy the thirst for danger.

Only one guy I would worry about, think he is a manager too. Another dude probably had what it takes, but he doesn't seem the type to get involved.
