Hearing conversations in other rooms when no one is home?

Is this house haunted? I've never had supernatural experiences until recently. Over the last month or so, I have heard clear conversations happening in a room, but nothing happens when I go to check. No one is in the home.
I've set up a Wyze camera to capture something, but nothing on camera.
Has anyone else experienced something like this?

In a house I used to live in you could hear people talking on the phone in other locations. I think there must have been a crimped wire or something somewhere and you could make out the talking. It was low but noticeable.
