Heads up - Pop A Lock scam artist appears to be back at it

This thread from reddit mentions a pop a lock scam artist asking for money around BR recently.
Someone put a link to the dude who got popped for it back in February and the thread starter said that it was the same guy trying to scam him.

That guy confronted me in front of Jason's Deli maybe a year ago (Siegen).

If he would just simply say, "I need the cash because i'm a bum and dont want to work" he'd be off the hook. He is asking for money under false pretenses and using people's sympathy to make a quick buck. Fine line, I realize, but I don't write this shite.

In practice, it's the same as the scheme when beggars say they need gas money. I didn't think it was illegal, just something TPOS do.
