If vehicle driven by a guide why would it get so close to a lion in a vehicle where the windows could be rolled down by the passengers?

You would think they would child proof those windows and lock them just before they enter the lion enclosure. There is always someone who thinks wild animals are safe enough to do things that they are constantly told not to do.
