Check your blood pressure. If that's normal then just hydrate when you drink

I have this problem when I try to drink certain types of alcohol. It may have to do with the brand you are drinking. For example, I love Fat Tire Ale. However, after one pint, I have a god awful headache. I have just learned to not drink that brand.

Dehydration usually causes headaches from drinking. Try drinking more water during the day and evening.

i had that experience about 15 years ago. the hangover would start before i finished the first frozen margarita and it would last for days. switched to gin and tonic, and a few others. had a regular medical checkup and discovered i'd caught the sugars. lost a bunch of weight and quit alcohol entirely. no more hangovers.

Yep-happened to me when I was 26. Ruined the next day. Whatever I had planned was just not enjoyable anymore. I gave up drinking due to this. I hate feeling badly when I can avoid it.No drink now for 31 yrs. I'm good with it.

Went to doctor's recently and have high blood pressure...
My first regular perscription ever...
Working on conditioning my diet so I'm not one of those daily pill box people.

I get the same thing. If I just drink 2 or 3 in the evening I'll have a terrible headache

If I drink sugary drinks or wine I get this. I found that good scotch combined with a bottle of water before and after never leaves me with a headache.
Also lifehack: Get a 20L aging barrel fill it up with Glennfiddich 12 yr, let it sit 4 months, shaking it once a week. Between 4-6 months later it taste like an 18 yr scotch coming out of the barrel, keep a bottle near it and top the barrel off as you pull a glass out to maintain your supply.
