Maybe the intent was also to provide an opportunity for Q&A opportunity for everyone so management didnt have to have the same conversation 2 dozen times over the next week.

Is that policy?

If it’s not policy (it is for me, I have to take my laptop home), then it would be kind of silly to assume everyone took it home.

Also, if working from home isn’t something you and your team typically do, it’s not a bad idea to gather everyone to set some expectations and get everyone’s questions answered.

I would think that if they're scared enough to make everyone work from home that calling a meeting in the office would be the last thing they'd want to do.

My wife is a computer retard and is working from home, she brought all he shite home and had it set up in 5 minutes.

Only problem is so do I, and the kid is doing school from home
