Woody Jenkins is a complete POS - he's not from Central but he has a "paper" out here and inserts himself in Central politics. He stirs up shite and encourages division, which has been and still is a huge negative in Central. This is exactly how he started his propaganda in Central - got on the side of the huge majority of residents that were in favor of the Central incorporation. Once he gets that good 'vibe' going, he starts inserting himself in politics. He's nothing but a washed up, has-been politician.

People only can vote for this if your in the surrounding areas? The reason I ask is I voted today and there was an amendment for new Orleans even though I live in Alexandria
