Looks like a moving star, or satellite, then starts jittering around, something a shooting star or satellite doesn't do, then shoots off into another direction.
Have seen that once. There were two other "stars" that just got smaller and disappeared after the zig-zag herky jerky one went off. When I first noticed, the 3 were in a triangle formation.
Always assumed at least 2 of them were jets.

quote:Driving at night and saw this hovering. Turned around, got out of the car to get a better look. Didn’t recognize anything regarding the technology. Totally silent, unrecognizable light sources, etc. On camera it appears as a blue plasma ball but looked sort of like an octagon of lights beneath some sort of structure or cockpit. I watched it for a while then decided to try to get its attention and flashed a light at it. Then there were burning orange colored lights that began blinking quickly. Then the craft sped off going north.
What happened in that first picture, at night?

Back around 1975 I was traveling with our family on Blackwater road near Baton Rouge at night. Dad was driving our van. We all saw a disc shaped object flying low and slow above us maybe a couple hundred feet. It was silent and seemed to be following us. Dad pulled over and got out to get a good look at it. It was round and had a blue light going around it and a red light going the opposite direction around it. Mom was scared and made Dad get back in the van. The craft had stopped and was just hovering above us . We finally started driving again and the object just drifted away. It seemed like it was watching us, like we were watching it. Never saw anything like that since.

Many believe there is a visible UFO crash site currently on Google Earth. Look up “Starbuck Island” and go to the western tip of the island. You can see where the object scraped the island for nearly 5 miles before coming to a rest near the ocean.

Yes
Donut shaped wobbly thing. I have a vid. Hovered in area and took off in one direction and was gone

I witnessed two fly directly down i10 in the heart of BR about 20 years ago. No lights and no sound that I could hear. Only reflected light from the ground. I posted more detail about it in thread on here a few years ago. Still crazy to think about, but time has dulled the experience and details somewhat.
I’m still a skeptic about it being some alien civilization. That said, If the government had anything like this they certainly have yet to reveal it to the public. And flying it directly down the center of the interstate, even at night, would seem a bit careless for government and/or aliens.
Maybe some sort of glitch in the matrix? I’ve stopped trying to make sense of it.

Had lunch with a client and we're talking in the parking lot. He squints looking over my shoulder saying WTF is that? Is that balloons? The 4 "balloons", which I couldn't really gage the size of were orbiting each other at high speed and then suddenly veered right and did the warp drive thing just disappearing. Chit made turn cold and my client looked at me wide eyed and said "Did you just see the same thing I saw?"
I know the Russians haven't got anything like that. Chinese probably don't either unless we do and they stole it.

Last year while hunting, i saw an object in the sky, then it all of a sudden erupted in flames while stationary, then disappeared in thin air. I took some photographs, but was never able to explain it.

Eitek1, I don't know what the Belgian UFO looks like but if it's a black triangle with orangish lights than I and two other people with me saw what you saw, except it was about 15 or so miles west of Slaughter and it was in like 1986 it 1987. It was flying probably about the same height if not lower and same speed as you described. East to West as well. Definitely flying too low and slow for a plane. It was so low I could see what appeared to be piping on the surface of it. I don't believe for a second it was aliens. Maybe something top secret. I also believe it has something to do with the nuclear plant located West of slaughter.

Yes. With a buddy during a badass thunderstorm. Again a few years later by myself outside a friend's house late at night. Whether or not it was man-made, I don't know. But I know what I saw.

Only one time, but I will never forget it. It was when my wife & I lived in the Eden Church Rd area near Watson, in 1997. We had finished supper, and as she was getting our young kids to bed, I went out to roll the trash can to the curb. It was about 9pm or so. It was a great night. Totally clear, and in the Watson area back then, you could really see the stars.
I noticed this when I got the can back by the carport. However, it was very quiet in our subdivision just at that time of night. No cars driving by. No neighbors out walking, etc.
As I’m getting down the driveway, and close to the street, I realize it was REALLY quiet…. Like I felt I was the only person outside (and may have been). I mean for a summer night, there was no sound. No crickets, frogs, cicadas, etc.
I had this feeling and just looked up.
It’s hard to explain… but is was a HUGE craft. In a triangular shape - not quite isosceles …but like a wedge form. I guesstimated it to be about 1000’ up above me. However, there was no sound. No lights. The form was opaque in that, I could still see the lights of the stars THROUGH the craft/form….kind of like it was “cloaked”.
This craft was as big as an aircraft carrier —- if you’ve been next to the modern vessels (USS Reagan, et al). It was not moving fast. Cruising no more than tens of miles per hour. I ran into the house to get my cell phone or camera, but when I came back out (estimated 1-2 minutes)….. it was absolutely gone.
I often wonder if it was ETs or one of the supposed “black ops” craft that WE own….but no one can know about - not even politicians, etc. Either way, it was there & I’ll never forget it.

I’m pretty sure I have….
All I know is that I still don’t know what it was and I won’t eliminate it being an alien UFO. I’m not selfish enough to believe we are the only living species in the never ending universe

I did in 1970 visiting my grandparents farm between Arab & Puxico MO. Witnessed with my younger brother, mom, grandparents, aunt, & uncle. I was 16 at the time. We were sitting outside (no AC) cooling off and way off in the distance I spotted what I thought was a satellite moving towards us from a real low full July moon.
Upon reaching us, it (classic upside down coffee cup on a plate) it hovered over us for a few minutes, then made a few zig zags and in a flash flew back the same direction in came from with no noise at all.
We lived within a few miles of McDonnell Aircraft (Lambert Airport) and I saw Voodoos & F4s regularly growing up. They couldn't touch the exit speed of this thing. It was creepy!
