Saw the aftermath of a man who pulled out of the Harley Davidson dealer on Siegen on a new motorcycle and got flattened by an 18-wheeler. Worst part is his wife and daughter were watching.

I saw a guy get hit by a car while trying to run across the road. What I remember most is how many flips he did and how high his shoes went in the air

I saw a guy get hit by a car too. The car wasn't going all that fast, just didn't see him. He was not a small guy either, but it was amazing how high in the air he went. Like someone threw up a rag doll, but with a sickening thud when he landed on the sidewalk.

My father right after he died.

I got there about 15 minutes after he passed away

This. He died in his bed, and I was asked if I wanted to see him. I said no. Several minutes later they wheeled him out, face uncovered, so I saw him anyway.

I was bedside when my grandmother passed away. I can remember everything still to this day and that was 11 years ago yesterday. Not a fun summer leading into senior year of high school

Was present when my dad joined mom in heaven this past December. Was surprisingly peaceful.

BTW, there is a VERY special place in heaven for hospice workers.

Yep

Had an employee come in to assist on a project from out of town. Staying in corporate housing. Left for home (so we thought) on a Friday, his boss calls me Monday morning saying he hadn’t reported and they were concerned.

Myself and a co-worker went to the corporate digs an hour after......knocked on door. Nothing. Looking into window and saw him dead on the floor. Alerted building mgmt who called 911. Had to have interview with police.

Creepy as frick.

I used to commute from BR to Covington for work and one morning I was driving down 12 in rural Livingston and saw them pulling a dead homeless guy out from under one of the bridges. That’ll wake you up in the morning I’ll tel you that.

Yep. Some dude committed suicide by jumping off a bridge going over the interstate and a diesel hit him. He jumped about 30 seconds before I passed where it happened. He was in like 20 pieces.

A guy had a wreck. His car went off the road on a curve at a high speed. Apparently, he crawled out of the car but never made it very far, at least that's what the cops told me. It was hard to tell because it was in August and he had been there for about three weeks. It's not an image, or smell, that you forget.
