Tons of times when they have been out of control. I always tell them I am leaving and give them multiple chances to come with though before I make them watch me walk out of the door so they can't bitch later and say I just abandoned them.

I was the king of the drunk Irish Goodbye in college and early to mid twenties. I've woken up in some strange places as a result. Don't think I've ever left a friend at the bar because they were pissing me off though.

Back in the day, (1978 or so) the bar closed and my friend asked me to "watch" his girl he picked up while he went to the bathroom. She was pretty hot and well I took her home and left his arse. Left a coaching buddy at a Bar in Fayetteville one night while there for a coaching clinic....
