A guy I knew in college hit a limo with the bride's family after a wedding, he was intentionally going the wrong way down an interstate trying to kill himself. He killed the limo driver and a 5 year old girl. He got 25 years

Yep. Got 15 years. Been locked up since 2014.

I know two, one killed their passenger in a one car crash, the other killed the driver of the car they hit. Both got prison time, one is still in prison, the other served several years, got out, and has failed at every thing they have tried to do in life. Neither were what you would call alcoholics, they just thought it was no problem to have a few drinks and drive.

yes, 2 of them, went to HS with them, same grade, and many of same classes.

Both were drunk, driving home and hit a construction worker, killing him instantly.

The only jail time either did, was the night of the accident. Bonded out next day, both given probation and big fines.

It's why i always say, if you want to kill some one, just use your car, or be drunk while doing it.

Guy I know was the least drunk at a party, drove his friends home and hit a vehicle head on killing the father of a family in said vehicle. He’s paralyzed from the waste down. Family of victim said he suffered enough being paralyzed and didn’t press charges. Became a cop who still drinks and drives so he’s still a POS

When I was in high school two guys left homecoming drunk. They got in a single vehicle wreck on a country road and the driver left and went and hid at a friends house. The passenger died because he was left there and help wasn't called. It was awful.

I know the guy served 5 years, and was then arrested again for parole violation. Not sure what happened to him since.

Killed a couple of guys driving the wrong way on the interstate. Interestingly, I think the guys were wanted by law enforcement.

July1997. My sister was 26 years old. She had just left the Albertson’s in Covington and was headed home to Mandeville. There was a girl (her name was Dawn Williams) who had been drinking at a bar called Dale’s on the Lake or something to that effect. She was underage, 19 I think. Anyways, she hit my sister head on and killed her. My 4 yr old nephew was in the car and thank God for car seats, he came out of it with about a 2 inch cut from flying glass on his forehead. It was the worst day in my life. Completely destroyed my mom, she will never be the same.

Girl got sentenced to 15 years for Vehicular Manslaughter. She was released after 5 years.
