Different varieties have different affects. I like Tidal Wave as they are super mellow. Take with vitamin B3(niacin) and Lions Mane. It was recommended by a neurologist but they can't prescribe it so I found some. I live in Colorado and on January 23, 2023 it will be legal to grow and give away....
