I was trying to cross a snow slope in Glacier N.P. The slope was very steep but the path forward was fairly wide.

Had a crackhead try to rob me with a steak knife.
He cut me in the shoulder but I was able to grab him by the arm and throat and throw him off the porch. Landing flat on his back knocked the air out of him and I left.
Cut was superficial and only about an inch long but it could have been much worse.
