He had the Insta-gaze down before it was a thing. Truly a pioneer.

You linked to Snopes.

The fact that you post this and justify it tells me all I need to know about you as a human being. The fact that he did not harm anyone physically during this insanity is more of a testament to his ineptitude and police than anything. Might want to read more about the story than this hero-made bullshite that you are posting.
The man shot at multiple people and propane tanks but missed due to the visibility constraints inside the vehicle.

If only he didn't get stuck in that basement he would have knocked the whole town down.

Dude sounds like a thug pos.
He should have stopped blaming others for his problems and taken some personal responsibility for his situation in life .
Not shocked this mentally weak individual decided to kill himself instead of taking responsibility for his actions.

Nothing kills people or harms the innocent more than government.

Somewhere in the legal system, I’d bet there was a caveat he was fully aware of when he was originally purchasing his property.
Anyway, no none but him was killed or injured.
My favorite part was when he got to face down one of the main culprits in his ordeal, when the guy showed up with his own big machine. They face each other and after a long pause, KD charges, sending big shot corruption guy backpedaling like a bitch.
I hope there's a movie about this one day, and that KD is absurdly lionized by Hollywood. He deserves it.

Typical. Blaming others for his problems.

Others were to blame for this particular problem. When someone posted this on the anniversary earlier this year, I wondered where the hell I was back then because I never heard about it.
I read the entire news and witness fact rundown, and I even listened to the guy's long audio manifesto that he recorded right before lowering the concrete/steel shell onto the bulldozer, thus imprisoning himself in it forever.
The corrupt town council fricked this guy, and they kept fricking him afterwards, like when they fined him for the construction company busting the sewer line. The whole project was going to cut the guy's access off from his own property, making it impossible for him to get onto and off of it. That in itself is illegal.
He built the killdozer and destroyed the local businesses of every member of the town council.
They should get George Clooney or Liam Neeson to play him.

You can espouse smaller government and hate big government all you want.
At the end of the day, a really small town system drove this man to this. Wasn't Obama, but his neighbors.

No, your intelligence was questioned for saying imminent domain. Your credibility was questioned for linking to snopes. Now that I'm having to fully explain this leads me to believe I was in fact correct

I’m often amazed at the level of bullshite we put up with today versus what the Founding Fathers dealt with. Men were protesting and getting shot over excise taxes on tea. Meanwhile, today’s beta male is justifying the bullshite that this gov’t did to this man and condemning him for rebelling. Amazing.

Friend, those domestic terrorists should have petitioned the king through their local magistrate. Whether the magistrate ever actually brought the matter to the king or whether the king ruled in the favor of justice is irrelevant. Decent men would have reveled in the joy of knowing they accepted their governance as any learned man should.
