What's ironic about the mask situation is that many States have laws prohibiting wearing masks in public due to either the KKK a century ago or in more modern times due to ANTIFA or other riotous uses of masks.

Louisiana is specific and includes INTENT to hide identity is illegal (means medical intent is good to go). Some other states do not distinguish or tie to intent.

My family and I bought My Pillow pillow cases and cut out eye holes so we can see. 100% Gaza cotton! Very comfortable.

Here we are in our full PPE with individual grocery lists so we can get in and out of the store as fast as possible.

Only thing I regret is I have been saying I'll learn to use the weapons and haven't yet. He will be back to work as soon as he can, weird hours of the night.

We have 4 security cameras and an alarm system, but nothing beats knowing how to use the weapons. First thing I'm doing when this is over.

You left out the "in public" qualifier also. The paper bag years, the Aints game weren't exactly public due to lack of public attendance.

(could also argue not a public event since only ticket purchasers/holders were admitted and thus privately attended/private event)

But we are preppers and have things that would make y'all surprised.

My dad is definitely a prepper. He dropped me off some masks and gloves in late January and told me to stock up on food because of all this. I kind of laughed it off.

He left for rural Montana when it all started going down.

I remember you saying he was doing that. Glad he's there safe.

My SO and his friends, in an ideal world, will have miles and miles of land in some remote area for our families and us to have a compound or some shite Needless to say that won't be me. But I definitely appreciate what we have here. (They already purchased lots of land in another state, but we two personally will not be moving there)

If shite gets REAL real.. we have a place to go and lock down, we have weapons and ammo in endless amounts, food, etc. Hate to say frick everyone else, but if shite gets real.. frick EVERYONE ELSE

My parents are in Central (I know you're from there) and they've really been locking down. They're super healthy though and early 50s. They already only shop 1x a week, so not much has changed.

I ordered two n99 mask off amazon almost a two months ago. They were sold out the day after I ordered them. They said it would take over a month to get them to me..,
I figured I got scammed or it would be over by then.... they showed up last week with six replacement filters.

I bought some from a backpacking gear company that sent an email they were transitioning production from DCF gear to masks.

Doubt I will ever wear them but I'm an impulse buyer and like to support local companies

He'd stay at his place in Montana all year if he didn't have 6 grandkids here.

I've always kept lots of guns and ammo being a Central redneck. I'm not so great at stocking up on food and other supplies it seems

The food is probably secondary to the ammo/weapons. You can at least buy the food now.

My parents grow everything, out in Central. They're not in the "town" part. They're near Baker off Gurney. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, carrots, green beans, etc.

We have the yard to grow, surprisingly for where we live, but I'm lazy..

I've got ten high falutin' Japanese masks, and fifty Toyota for the USA masks. No need to buy.

I remember the neighborhood that you said you grew up in only because my best friend grew up there. Most of them have big lots so you could definitely have a garden.

I spent half of my childhood in that neighborhood. My buddy lived about almost all the way down the main road (Partridgewood?) on the right. Maybe 3rd/4th house from the end near Whitaker's place.
