This. You pay your arse off for Insurance only to what? Just take whatever they deemed necessary? They're a business and they'll save where ever they can, even at the cost of their customers.

One call that’s all, I’m getting paid.

I can’t wait to roll up at the Slipper with a pocket full of someone else’s money.

Ain’t America grand?

Here in Houston, the only personal injury lawyer commercial I see is Jim Adler. When I go back to New Orleans, off the top of my head I see commercials for:

Yesterday, I’m driving down the road thinking how incredibly absurd the number of Gordon billboards I encounter within a mile or two drive. You cannot escape them, and they point to so so so much that is wrong with our society today.

I was told by someone in the "know" that most of the billboards he buys are remnant space (I.e. billboards that go unsold by marketing agencies) so he gets them on the cheap.

It both explains why PI billboards are everywhere but also a sad example of how few other industries in LA can even afford a billboard ad.

Didn’t all of this start when Edwards became governor? It wasn’t like this before Edwards. I think this became a trend when he took office, if I remember.
Could it change again, now that Jeff Landry is in office?

He's as big a shill to the plaintiff's bar as JBE.

It’s been like this waaay before Edwards. All PI lawyers are narcissistic scum. Greed, greed, greed. They are perpetuating the culture of litigation to irreversible proportions. Every productive, working individual in the state should absolutely abhor the marketing that is seen everyday by these guys. frick them all.

Even if you needed a personal injury attorney you wouldn’t want to be represented by an auto mill

Don’t be a hater, play the game.

We live in a world where money is worshipped and virtue is ridiculed.
Can’t change it, embrace it.
Sooner or later its all gonna come crashing down.
Enjoy what’s left of the ride.

Gordon is so intent on capturing every dollar he is indoctrinating kids into our sue happy culture. He has stacks of “Super Gordon” coloring books in his lobby next to the video games. He is like Superman stopping an evil 18 wheeler from running over alligators and other swamp critters. Also has plenty of Jesus Swag for the religious folks. You like dogs? Got his miniature poodle on billboards all over BR. Ridiculous.

Yes guys like shunnarah buy up empty billboards at a discounted rate with the agreement that the billboard company can still sell those spaces for full price

Essentially they are paying discounted rates to be placeholders
