I'm pretty sure your subconscious isn't supposed to let you die in a dream. I've come fairly close in a few of mine (one was a plane crash & the other was suicide). Both dreams I woke up before death.

Nope. The first time I remember during in my dreams was in middle school. I was gutted by a serial killer and then my dream followed everyone else who searched for me. Not pleasant.

Yep. Got shot in the head. It was really weird because immediately after it happened I said "So this is what this feels like." Woke up after that.

I've watched my own funeral in a dream, but never finished the act of dying. Always wake up as I bleed out or right at the "sound" of the gun shot or whatever.
I also assume I'm one of the few who loves being scared or shocked to awake. I love the adrenaline rush that follows realizing it was just a dream and you're all good.

Yeah, been killed plenty of times; one dream was a loop where i died in the same place but differntly

Did this once and it was peaceful fall. I heard a loud pop when I hit the ground and that woke me. Just a crazy arse dream that I still remember every detail of.

I once dreamed I was dead but a spirit or ghost. I could see my wife and kids go through everyday life but they couldn't see me. I woke up feeling very sad but yet relieved.

Only once. I was battling myself in armed combat. Didn't know it was me until I killed me and pulled the mask off.

Same here. Shot in the head twice. Once I was in a drive in movie theater in the back of an old school car and BAM, second time some special ops ninja got me. I was probably 19 and 23 when these happened and I'm no worse off.

I have a few times. It's a crazy feeling.

Only once. Not only did I die, but I entered the after life (I assume) where I was drifting (flying) peacefully through a black existence. I felt no fear...only extreme peacefulness, like all of life's stress had been lifted from my body. The flight lasted maybe a minute before I woke up. To this day, it is the absolute most peaceful moment of my 50 years. It was very strange to say the least.
