Talk to the cops about it when they come. If the reasons that he is calling is illegitimate then they will be pissed that he's wasting their time too. It becomes a boy who cried wolf sort of situation. Maybe there are some kind of repercussions for making a bunch of bogus calls.

This. Had a buddy's neighbor call the cops on me because my dog was on the front lawn and she walked onto the lawn with her dogs. She claimed I was doing something illegal (leash law) because my dog could have attacked her dog, and I told her to get off the property because she wasn't invited and was on it illegally. She got heated with me, and I kept my cool. The cop showed up, told me I hadn't done anything was wrong and appeared to be more annoyed he had to respond to the call.

The scenario you just described is giving me a headache. I kind of wish that I could have witnessed it because how you described it makes it sound like that officer is legit mentally challenged. I'm hoping there is more to the story that you are leaving out.

Please elaborate.

Back in high school and in the early stages of college we used to party at my buddy's house. The way it was set up his parents owned the lot behind them. They had a concrete building we used to hang out in on that back lot. All page fencing on the block. This dyke lived two doors down and would always call the police and fire dept on us. They never could bust us for shite. I remember once she started shouting at us because my buddy was necking with his girl within site of their yard. Ridiculous shite. She finally put up s privacy fence.

Got a similiar problem on my street. Anytime i have more than two cars parked on the street someone definetly doesn't like it. Their just happens to magically have a cop waiting at the end of the street ready to harass my friends and family. Literally had my uncles and friend pulled over for complete bullshite to see if they were drinking the last time. They left my house at 1030 after the draft that night. Luckily they were good, but it really freaking pissed me off. Crappy thing is that i dont know who it is. I have my suspicions, but really just speculation. My immediate neighbors on either side are cool too so idk. Im thinking its someone with connections to the PD obviously. Would honestly just like to talk to the douche and ask wtf his or her problem is.

Yes, when I had my mustang and would work on it at night when I got off work the guy across the street called like every other week for 6 months because apparantly the lights from my shop kept him up, he was a complete arse through the entire situation and the APSO eventually stopped showing up. He's now a raging alcoholic, like has the shakes if he doesn't have a drink, his son took away his license. He came a few times to ask me to please drive him to the store and I told him to go frick himself

Details please? I would be ragging my MIL every damn time I saw her if she actually called teh cops on me. I would start Thanksgiving and christmas with the obligatory "are you calling the cops on me this year".

Rented a house for a conference on Marco Island a few years ago. Was sitting on the screened porch talking with friends when cops showed up. Someone had called with a noise complaint. We were just talking and not being very loud. It was around 8:00 and the cops were apologetic about even having to bother us. I think they were used to the old people who go to bed early calling them over ridiculous stuff.

There is nothing you can do other than grow thick skin IMO. I have the same issue....lady has threatened to sue me half a dozen times in a four year period. She has called police and sent numerous complaints to the association. None were justified.

People are crazy. Look at it as a challenge. This miserable person is not going to have an affect on my life.
