has there been any indication that JBE will open nail/hair/massage/gyms on 5/15?

the only thing i keep hearing is about restaurants, movie theaters and retail. i know these business are part of phase 1, but some of our neighbors have loosened retail and resturant restrictions while keeping salons/spas/gyms closed.

no, go ahead and cut your own hair. Start with the highest numbered clipper blade you have and work back from that. Don't try a fade or to blend it. You'll just frick it up. Prepare to look like a Qtip.
