It's not yet a name reserved for things like that.
For example of what I mean, you never hear it anymore..but it would be unshocking and totally acceptable to find out this was named "Adolph".

Goodfellas started it and now 30 years later we've reached peak Karen.
Karen taking Liotta's kids and flushing the coke along with Liotta's reaction is what catapulted the name to infamy.
It's what we call a slow burn; only really starting to take off 3 years ago.
The Epstein meme has temporarily supplanted it though.
