See people always want to latch on to throw the racists term around. One comment doesn't make you a racists. saying a racists word does not automatically make someone a racists. I would not categorize someone as racists until they have displayed a pattern of behavior by their repeated actions. If I am going to put a label on this lady it would be batshit crazy.

It's New York. People are acclimated to seeing weird shite happening on the street and the subway all of the time. Yelling racial slurs goes beyond the norm though and gets people's attention.
