Preventative care is the best care!

I like muh bourbon but I can overdo. I keep it buzz level a few days a week and then cook something tasty.

Still nothing better than Milk Thistle. For best results take 2 before drinking, and two the next morning.

Maybe stop drinking during the work week.

I truly don’t drink during the work week. Maybe a couple of beers one night a week with supper. It’s the Friday evening neighborhood gatherings that kill me. I had six grown men in my kitchen at 2am this morning and had to be up at 5:30.

I couldn’t run them out of here. It was several couples and the wives ended up going home while the husbands stayed here. It all started in the front yard before dark, went to the garage after dark, then migrated to the kitchen around 11 looking for food. Mrs4 cooked a few appetizers and it went downhill from there.

I felt like a bucket of dicks when the youngest needed to get up at 5. On top of that, the wife and I spent the day vehicle shopping for her and didn’t get home until 5pm with a new whip.

Literally nothing to cure this but some coke. You can't not sleep and expect to wake up feeling great.

If you go to bed absolutely blitzed, straight fall asleep while drinking or just done drinking, there's not a lot that can be done for me. The only thing that helps is stopping drinking at least 30 minutes before I pass out and pound water and what not before I fall asleep.

Now that I'm mid 30s, frankly I don't enjoy staying up super late drinking any more either. I'd rather start drinking at 2pm and stop at 10 then start at 10 pm and stop at 2am.

My hangovers have gotten less intense as I aged. I don't think it has to do with tolerance either.

What usually helps me avoid a hangover is 600mg-800mg of ibuprofen with a full glass if water as I go to bed.

Hell yea.

But 60mg of Adderall spread out through the day with a shite ton of water and emergen-c does wonders and is legal(with scrip).

Drinking lots and lots of water. It makes you wake up drunk in the middle of the night needing to pee like a race horse over and over, but the next morning, no hangover. A hangover is nothing but the symptoms of dehydration.

I have literally only been hungover once in my life, and not for lack of drinking.

I’ve tried Party Smart. That works good unless you’re on a Booze Cruise style binge then go to the walk in clinic and get some fluids in you...

The reviews read like Plexus “reviews” from acquaintances I have on FB. Bunch of shite hashtags with the inevitable #plexusworldwide thrown in it.

Pedialite and water seems to work best for me - never understood the ole hair of the dog, just makes me feel sicker.

There is no hangover bad enough, short of alcohol poisoning at least, that can't be prevented by drinking enough water.

That's all it is. Lack of water.
