That's Rico? The official mascot of the OT?

Cmon baw. It’s the sample of what the collar will look like with red lettering

am just really seeing this. I would love some cliffs of all what went on here. Seems like a great thing that the OT was able to help with.

You’re really doing yourself a disservice by not reading the whole thing. It’s like a novel

I probably will.

What prompted the initial person to stop and post here?

We bring the fight to them—something just told me we weren’t going to be denied in rescuing this old boy.

Y’all would shite if you saw how deep we went in those woods I can’t believe we or Rico didn’t get bit by a snake

ETA: misread your question. Initial post by Pandy was him personally seeing Rico on the interstate

Then I believe it was Jody, cootkilla and AmericanGirl that put 2 and 2 together that he was reported missing on Facebook. They directed James and his mom to us

It was regular poster Pandy Fackler who saw Rico twice during his commute and alerted the OT.

Pandy noticed the dog on the side of the road twice and because it was wearing a harness he figured it was likely a pet and not a wild dog roaming.

I believe that prompted him to post to see if anyone else had seen something similar.

This should be a national news story.

Kinda finally read through this thread last night for the first time. I wish I would have paid attention.

You all are amazing. Great work everyone that was involved. This world is still good overall. Each of you showed it along with the massive amount of supporters seeing it through.

I’m impressed.

Pandy should be interviewed on Good Morning America for his thoughtfulness and sympathetic heroism. And it should be done in his living room, wearing a blazer and rifle above the fireplace.

That's thoughtful but everytime this comes up, it bears belaboring that these people right here Jodyplauche, Americangirl, Cootkilla, Proximo, Swagga and Insee. did the work. The real work.

I started a thread and put out some dog food. That was my contribution.

Was Rico just hanging out in the same intersection or was he tied up?

y'all mind your profanity in this thread since mom may be reading it as well.

This is better than any GoFundMe because I don't think any of us are interested in seeing how much is raised; rather we want to support everyone's efforts in this and what better way than contribute in some small way to helping Rico since his owners have enough to worry about already.

That’s like saying Paul Revere didn’t do much.

You are Baw Revere. You alerted the OT, you lit the beacons, called us to arms.
