Take obesity out of the equation, and I bet the percentage of women who self-identify as Progressive and who have never had the love of a good, solid man who they are really sexually attracted to are insanely high. They just never experience it. They get a parade of soibois who do nothing for them. We already have the social science on Progressives and mental illness and that's scary enough to just say no. Psychology informs politics, so if a chick has a messy inner dialogue, it follows that she will gravitate towards radical politics. Find me a secure Progwoman and you'll find you just haven't dug into who she really is enough.

It’s one thing to have liberal or even full leftist viewpoints. You don’t have to talk politics much as a married couple. It’s a completely different issue to be as engaged in politics as she is, full on social activist/SJW. That’s going to cause division within your relationship that can’t be healed. She’s going to get turned against you if her peers find out you’re conservative

I was told over and over again how stupid I was for stating this in 2016. Keep in mind Bill Clinton was and is still my favorite politician ever. Reagan is a close second.

What kind of a clown world do you have to live in to think it’s harder to ‘make it work with a Liberal’ than to make it work with a conservative ? Conservative by definition means stuck in the past, old school, resistant to change, refusal to evolve and closed off to new ideas and new ways of doing things…. As a guy, i wouldnt date a chick like that, at least for not more than a couple of dates .

It creates a shitload of headaches and you are going to find yourself hating life on a lot of days that should be great days.
Nothing is going to be easy or carefree because what about blah blah blah that’s a dumbass ideology anyway
You find yourself doing battle on things that you take for granted and largely don’t matter anyway but you are now forced to reconsider exhaustively only to come to the same conclusion you had because you used logic to get there
I’m not saying you can’t work through it but holy shite. Just get a different one. Like fricking immediately. Why would you do this to yourself and your kids

Agreed 100%.. and i would apply it the exact same way in the other direction.. anytime someone wraps their entire identity in politics (as MANY conservatives do that i know)- it’s a no-go for me .

We rarely talk politics - mostly her choice, because usually when we argue or discuss it, "let's just end this conversation." I take that as a W every time. I don't really care what she thinks, and I am able to slowly inject my worldview over time. Seems to be working for now.

Being apolitical probably is a great indicator of mental health and finding a good woman/relationship. It's probably a good indicator that you aren't easily knocked off your game by external stimuli.
PSYCHOLOGY INFORMS POLITICS. That is, we gravitate to politics that reflect our psychology. Leftist women tend to be in a state of chaos more than other women. The further Left the more likely to bring chaos. They have abnormal levels of personal dissatisfaction, resentments and grievances. It makes sense that they would gravitate to a radical philosophy based in grievance and resentment. They want to "fix the world" because it feels like they are fixing themselves. They want to scold people on the suffering of others because they themselves are suffering. They want to remake the nature of Man because they want to remake themselves. It's really about projecting their psychology.
I would think those who DNGASF would tend to be pretty well adjusted. Not necessarily good citizens, but easy to get along with.
