Yes. One of their drivers pulled across our yard drove right up to the front porch and threw the box out of the window onto the front porch.

Ordered a few Christmas items for the kids. Items from UPS and USPS were delivered this past Friday. The one item that was to be delivered directly by Amazon said "Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident". This was not the case. Did a Amazon chat session this morning with Sadam and he refunded the money for that item.

Have not had any problems and like you say... knock on wood.. But I had my first delivery by a 3rd party the other day. It was some lady who had a ton of packages in her car who delivered it.

Man frick them motherfrickers. They delayed the case to my Galaxy s9+. I dropped it during the delay. I filed claim to replace my brand new fricking phone yesterday. Got the notification from Amazon that my case can't be delivered as it was damaged. Here's your refund.

frickin fricks cost me a phone insurance deductible. I will never use Amazon again. I mean, Unless I have to.

Apparently this is specific to Baton Rouge Area as far as I can tell. frickin fricks

WAFB posted video yesterday of one of the Amazon vans in BR pulling into a sloped driveway and forgetting to put the van in park before exiting, so it rolled back down through the yard and into a light pole.
A week or two ago they had to pull one out of a ditch.
It's a total shitshow.

We've had several reports in our neighborhood of opened packages or packages that say out for delivery in the morning but never make it to the destination.
Amazon hired "typical BR labor" to drive these vans and deliver packages. Evidently they are opening boxes and if they like what's in it they are keeping it, if not you might get your shite.
I've also heard reports of entire vans full of packages disappearing only for an empty van to return to the distribution center at the end of the day.

Yes...envelope stolen off my porch. But, Amazon actually replaced it for me at no charge. So, it had a happy ending.

friend of mine in Houston got video footage of a delivery guy pulling up, and him throwing the package like a football about 45 feet to the front porch and leaving.

About an hour ago had a package thrown from our sidewalk to our porch. Did an amazon chat with Vishnu who noted that the “item was laid sideways on porch.” The driver didn’t even attempt to cone close. I have the ring video but no clue how to get it to the delivery company.

You would think a couple packages being delayed equates to the apocalypse judging by my neighboorhood FB page.

Bunch of drama queens.

We had one package get marked undeliverable. Wife called and they delivered it the next day.

ETA: How does a doorbell wake up a kid. Get you a sound machine baw. Fire alarms can't wake my kid up with the sounds going.

Last two packages from Amazon Pantry have been damaged during delivery. Food leaking everywhere.

not yet.

even with Prime tho, it'll say 2 day shipping. Then a day later they update the estimated arrival to a range that's 3-7 days out. i've still gotten everything, but i don't plan to buy anything past the 15th because i imagine that range will soon go from 3-5 days out to 7-10 days out. This is in North Houston from which my experience is.

There was a big thread this weekend on the total cluster that is going on with the BR distribution center. They have to be losing their arse right now with those kind of shipments.

I had 2 packages with about 7 items between them get marked delivered at the same time. When I got the alert I had been working in the front yard for 3 hours. They definitely were never delivered. Called Amazon and they had me wait 24 hours. Never showed up. So they put in a replacement order for what they could and refunded the rest. Sucks because some of the refunded items were bought at black Friday prices.

I had a few times never show up and they refunded me for them. I had a box with 4 items actually get delivered on time that they lost track of and gave me a refund automatically. It was about $70 worth of stuff.
