I had a leak in the roof of a rental house and couldn't find where it was coming from... sprayed the area with it 6 years ago. Still not leaking

yes, it's absolute shite... the "clear" ain't clear, at all, having a noticeable yellow tint... don't waste your money

It works really well on very flat surface, otherwise it is no better than masking tape.

I used the flex tape to cover a couple of holes in the sunlights of my shed. shite worked like a charm. No leaks after.

I've used the spray can type for a leaking warehouse roof and it works but you have to reapply every so often.

Pretty. I used the spray on gutters and damn if they didn’t stop leaking.
The tape is 100% legit. Although be careful because it’s damn near like supergluing your fingers together if you get the adhesive on you.
